Palmerston Great Southern Wandering group

Each Friday in October Palmerston Albany will have a Wandering Group. Participants will meet up at Palmerston and decide where to wander in the local area. The purpose is to create and enhance social connection for community members to improve their mental and physical health and break down barriers to social isolation. Palmerston staff will be present to guide and support the group.
All community members are welcome.
