Exploring The Serpentine River Paddle Trail

This particular section of the Serpentine River often provides the paddler with a sense of being an explorer … seemingly remote at times, but easily accessible!

Join Adventurous Women & Water Wanderers for a beautiful paddle along the Serpentine River, an interesting section that has us snaking our way through, backwaters, twists, turns and bends and to the river mouth, then paddling back to Riverview Reserve. Make sure you keep an eye out for the abundant birdlife including the Yellow-billed Spoonbill often found in these waters.

Paddle Distance : 10kms
Paddle Style : Should be achievable for anyone with a reasonable level of fitness. No prior kayaking experience is required.
